What to Expect From Surfer Girl Surf School in Pacific Beach
Pacific Beach is San Diego’s neverending party
At night, bonfires dot the sand, while club music streams in from the streets. During the day, it’s a prime stop for shopping, an afternoon at lunch, or a game of volleyball. It’s a place to hang out and have some fun. You’ll have plenty of ways to spend your day if you plan on sticking around after your lesson.
We established our surf school in Pacific Beach because it’s perfect for beginners who are just learning how to stand up in the water. The waves are some of the shortest in the county, which means you’ll be able to learn the basics without having to worry about getting knocked down.
That includes paddling out, popping up, and learning to maneuver your board. It’s a safe, easy environment, where you can learn without having to deal with hazards like riptides and harsh currents. Instead, you can focus on honing your technique and perfecting your skills.
