Our company runs an international renowned surf school, surf camp and surf trip around the globe. Surfergirls is run by a group of female team members and private investors and backed up by some major surf companies and brands to help aid with the female surf industry and growth.

All of our team members want to make sure that you have the best experience possible out there in the surf. Our instructors are friendly, down to earth, and really fun to learn from. All Surfergirls instructors meet the requirements for safety and have superior training all are certified in first aid CPR and EMT. Our team consists of local and international surfing enthusiasts males and females. They like to embrace the surfing lifestyle however are also qualified paramedics, doctors and psychology students and teachers.

Our instructors go through a rigorous training program, Level 1 or higher surfing coaching accreditation. They're also a great crew to have fun with. They will prepare you so that you feel safe and secure about your self and the ocean. That's why we don't just give you a team of expert and professional surfers to learn with, but we also make sure our instructors can convey their knowledge through strong teaching skills - not to mention that they also have at least over 10 years of surfing experience locally and around the globe. Our classes are held at Famous Mission Beach San Diego.

We offer a Surf Camp’s Instructor Development and certification Program. We are looking for instructors to teach in San Diego California. The goal of our program is to improve the quality, safety and consistency of surf instruction at beaches across America.

Pre-requisites:
- A current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Five years personal surfing experience
- Must be able to demonstrate good surfing skills on a soft top board
- Be 19 years of age
- Good communication skills

Our course is a comprehensive 2 day course that teaches ocean safety, surf instruction methodologies, surf instructor safety, wave dynamics, and communication skills.
